My parents bought this rental home because of my work schedule and musical theater major makes it hard to live on campus. also I have a puppy. The house has a garage and fenced in yard for safety and my puppy. The patio is covered. I will have general furniture and we have all the necessary appliances. You'd need bedroom furniture. They won't allow smoking in the house and NO DRUGS. I work sometimes long hours so I don't party. I like art, writing, cooking, scuba, horses, and movies. Im clean
