We are a long time together couple seeking to rent out one of our spare bedrooms. We are seeking a roomate that is a professional/student, mature, quiet, and respectful non-party animal. We have a beautiful home and keep it well maintained. We have a cleaning service that comes through bi-weekly to dust, vac, wipe windows, and clean bathrooms.
