I just recently moved to the norfolk/va beach area and am in desperate need of a room. i'm a graduate from evergreen state college in olympia, wa in journalism. i'm a music reviewer/screenwriter/filmmaker/musician. any and all of these contribute to my income in one form or another. my income is stable. i do drink on occasion. i'm engaged but i'm not getting married for another year so i could fulfill a year long lease requirement.
