Half mile running path, tennis courts, lots of green grasss, and two great pools. There is a laundry area. Also able to rent one from the apartments. Plenty of room in apartment and storage space. There is a personal trainer two days a week. Right next to a Tom Thumb and driving distance to Central Market, Sam's, and Walmart. Plenty of restuarants near by also. Also I really do not know the room size. Big enough for my current roommate
