Hello we are a christian family, looking for some good people, to stay in our room, as of know we have one room for rent, the rate is $500 with utilities included, all we ask is help with the grocery's, you have to be good with kids, we have a 20month old son, and we have a cat and a dog. If your a couple we prefer you to be married, if you drink, must be a light drinker, smoking, out side only, $100 deposit, room is open oct 28th
