I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (ends in April). You’ll have - private room, shared bathroom, w/d in unit, off-street parking, updated appliances, and mostly furnished living room. Convenient to Walmart on Old Forest. Roommate does have dog. Total rent $725, but $362.5 for you and roommate. Rent includes water, trash, and lawn. All other bills will be split between you two.
