About this household

I am planning on my leaving my 3-bedroom apartment around August or September and need another guy to take my spot on the lease. The apartment is on Old Graves Mill Road, just off of Timberlake and is conveniently located by many shops and eateries. There is a washer and dryer in-unit and a gym in the apartment complex. Starting in August the apartment will be on a month-to-month lease. The rent is $290 a month and utilities will be between $60-70 a month.
