Looking for someone to take over my lease in Fayetteville! It is a private room, with a bathroom attached. $499 a month, furniture and utilities included!!! There are 3 other bedrooms in the apartment, and a living and dining area. Very close to campus and is in student housing. I am a student at the U of A and I am on the track team as well!!
