I have a bedroom available in my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. It's a 1 min walk to Dickson street and 5 min walk to the university. Although it's super close to Dickson, it's on a side street so quite. It's a charming old apartment and you can walk to all of the nice spots in Fayetteville. I work at the university and am looking for a female young professional.
