I am just around the corner from the Frankford El train at 56th and Market. Would have to share a bathroom, full kitchen access. Some basement space available for storage. YOU MUST BE CLEAN! I don't have roaches or mice and I don't want any. Must be cat and dog friendly. (My dog is tiny and loves everyone.) I don't mind if you smoke, just do it outside. The room has a king sized bed, a dresser, and a night table with a lamp. You will need to purchase your own sheets, pillows, and pillowcases.
