Single family home, 2 bedrooms for rent. 250 sq.ft. There is a bathroom that you and the other roommate share. My husband and I sleep on the other side of the upstairs in the master. We own this home. Included in washer/dryer, parking, all utilities, ac/Heat, wifi/cable/ethernet, kitchen privileges, shared bathroom with other roommate, (it can be a friend of yours in other room), pool/spa use, cabinets, etc. The room is unfurnished.
