2 bed 1 bath 950 sq ft apartment kept pretty clean and tidy. I am a senior at SOU and most of my time is spent studying and working. I have 2 clean and friendly cats and litter box will be in an enclosure in my room so you dont have to see it. My biggest concern is that they both stay in the house when coming and going as they are inside only. I dont mind occasional guests as long as they are respectful to my home and animals.
