Looking to rent out 3 bedrooms in our new home right outside Ashland. The house is on a hillside with a long driveway for privacy and plenty of parking space. The rooms all have private entrances, walk-in closets, and bathrooms. The house uses a septic system which means care has to be used in what goes down the drains, septic safe toilet paper etc. The bedrooms will vary in rent because of size and bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is $1,000 largest room with a tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is $1,000 middle size has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 is $900 smallest room with a walk-in shower but no tub. I might be a little flexible on rent for the right roommates. Rooms could also be furnished with the basics if needed. The home is divided into 3 floors, the middle floor has the 3 bedrooms for rent with a living room, storage room, and the laundry. The kitchen and larger living area are on the top floor. All floors are accessible by vehicle. There is room on the property for small garden plots if you’re interested, and in theory there will be ponds when they are completed. The horse areas will be strictly off limits till everyone has time to get to know each other.

My husband and I are a stable married couple with no children, sometimes we have my niece and nephew over to visit in the summer. Jacob works in LA and visits when possible. I am disabled due to autoimmune issues and don’t work outside the home. I have a lot of allergies and cannot live with a smoker. If you are 420 friendly you’ll have to stick to brownies. Incense or other strong scents will need to be something that can be kept to your rooms both for my health and in consideration of the other roommates. We have many hobbies and have a wide variety of interests. We both play musical instruments, and a piano (or two) will be in the home. We enjoy board games, card games and video games. We have a zoo of animals consisting of 6 cats, 2 horses, a dog, chickens, and a fish tank. Depending on how productive the chickens are, free eggs will be available. Because of the number of animals we own, pets will have to be evaluated on a case by case basis and cannot be a danger to other animals, people, or the house). There would also be a refundable pet deposit.
