We have a room for rent in our house. Currently there are 4 other 20 something professionals living there. We live in a very quiet, nice, safe neighborhood close to everything... Bethesda, DC, Rt. 495 and shopping. 2 blocks to Ride ON bus stop and 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) to red line metro. Very large, sunny room available, share bathrom with 1 other person. Rent usually runs about $410 ($335 rent + 1/5 utilities). There is a $540 security deposit. We would ask to sign a 1 year lease.
