This duplex is brand new this year, never lived in. I am transferring to Ball State University and need to find a replacement for me ASAP. The 3 other guys living there are really cool, laid back, and pretty clean. 4 bedrooms share two full bathrooms upstairs. 1/2 bathroom downstairs. All appliances included in kitchen, all electric. 2 car garage w/ driveway. Patio for putting your grille on. Backyard faces a nice open area, perfect for throwing a ball around. Pool and basketball court nearby.
