I’m looking for a clean & considerate roommate to share a LARGE (1200 SQ FT) apartment, located near several shopping centers & I-205. Rent is $450 a month, first and last required at time of move-in as a damage deposit. Half of the second month can be refunded as long as there is no damage. You must be a fellow animal lover as I have 2 terrific cats (they DO NOT scratch or cause damage). requires a $35 tenant screening application. Room is available October 1st.
