Looking to sublease my master bedroom with private bath in a 2 bed/2 bath condo by Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant. Literally a great location, 5 mins to downtown, a mile and a half to Shem Creek. The room has a big window with a lot of natural light, a walk in closest, a built in vanity, and a private bath. My roommate is a 36 year old teacher, so females only. Rent is $688 plus utilities, which range from $130-$150 a month. Available mid October.
