I have 1 or 2 rooms available in a really nice home 1 mile north of the University. If just yourself were to move in, it would be $637, but if you have a friend who's also looking to move in, rent would only be $425/month! The living area is furnished, the rooms are not. I'm a full-time student and will be working part-time after the Winter break. I don't really have parties at the home, but am fine with entertaining. I'm quite and clean and spend most of my time in the library or sleeping!
