About this household
I have a room for rent starting May 1st. The rent will be $600 with all utilities included. The home is not near public transportation so the renter will need their own vehicle.We will share a bathroom. I am also looking for someone that is preferably female. The room is 11.5 x 10 ft. I am a 37year old professional female. I do have a 60 lb very friendly dog. Will give discount if your willing to mow the grass.
