One large furnished room on the floor level of the household, includes a tv and couch inside. A half bathroom nearby and a full bathroom upstairs for use. The house is an open floor plan and the area in which the house is located has a community center meaning free use of the gym, pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with kind neighbors. There is a walking trail as well as a golf court located in the community. I am a woman over 40 who works from home with two 18 year old daughters in college that will come home occasionally on weekends or when they have available as there college is not that far from home.
