One large furnished room on the floor level of the household, includes a tv and couch inside. A half bathroom nearby and a full bathroom upstairs for use. The house is an open floor plan and the area in which the house is located has a community center meaning free use of the gym, pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with kind neighbors. There is a walking trail as well as a golf court located in the community.
