We're looking for a new roommate to move in to our extra bedroom in our 2 BR/2 BA apartment at The Springs at Chatham Parkway. Rent is $451/month plus 1/3 of the utilities which usually runs around $100. You would have your own bathroom and walk-in closet. Living room/kitchen/dining area is fully furnished and we have a washer and dryer in the apartment. We have 2 dogs.
