Quite neighborhood just West of Park Meadows. Huge yard, garden area, Horseshoe pit. Bi-level house. 3 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, and living room upstairs. I live downstairs. High speed internet access available. No dishwasher. Newly painted room, and bathroom. Small deck. Lots of trees! LOL. Smoker friendly... for now. I have a two car garage, but have two cars, so we'd have to negotiate for winter parking. I'm an easy going carpenter and also go to college (Kaplan online for a bachelors in IT).
