- We are a male and female couple! Regardless, we are gay friendly! - We are non-smokers! If you are a smoker, you are NOT allowed to smoke in the rest of the apartment. Outside or your room only. - We have pets! We have 3 ferrets, and they are caged in our room, but sometimes come out to romp. If you have an animal, we are very pet friendly, but the complex can not be, depending. They don't care about caged animals. There is a cat and dog deposit. - We keep weird hour
