I am looking for a room to rent as soon as possible. I am a full time college student, which keeps me busy most of the time. I have a 17 yr old daughter who would come to visit me, occassionally. I need access to a cable line, so that i can hook up the Internet, which is how I attend school. I like to party on occassion, but only with a couple of people at a time. Eventually, I want to start going out on weekends. I am a pretty neat person, other than my schoolwork being a little scattered
