Location is 3230 East John Hinkle Place, Apartment D. Both me and my friend are graduate students looking for one more person to sign on to the lease. Along the bus line to campus, 10 minute walk from the mall. Across the street from the post office. Included communal yard and basketball court. Parking free. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Washer/Dryer included. Also includes washing machine. Pets are allowed if you pay the initial pet fee. Neither of us have any but we don't mind if you do.
