I'm a quiet, full-time WFH professional with an available room in a clean two-bedroom second floor apartment in Ellettsville. There is a shared bathroom, but you would have a private room and full use of the living room which I do not use. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets. All utilities paid. You have to be screened by property management, but there is no contract.
