The room I have available is very large and has plenty of room to live comfortable. The room size is approximately, 25' x 13', is carpeted and has two large closets. The tenant would have his own bathroom and have access to washer and dryer as well. I am looking for a dependable roommate who is easy going and ready to move in. I am a working professional finishing up my MBA with allot going on. I am pretty laid back and easy to deal with.
