Small house close to Amphib base and Virginia Wesleyan, short drive to get to Chicks Beach. I am clean and quiet. I am studying for the CPA exam so I would like a quiet roommate. I have a nice covered front porch with outdoor speakers. Ceiling fans in every room, hardwood floors. I have a dog, she is great with people, spends most of her time in the yard but she stays in my room at night. My family owns the house so I keep in great shape.
