I'm a business owner (computer support) and film/video student. Still occasionally do stand-up comedy too. I had my home built in 1997. Each room has 2 internet connections, ceiling fan/lignt, cable, and phone. The home has vaulted ceilings and an island kitchen. Located in a closed neighborhood (one entrance/exit). The sub-division has its own pool. Rent includes all monthly bills (except ppv rentals). Responsible for half the chores and common groceries. Cool? Cool.
