Each roommate has their own bathroom. We have converted the downstairs master bedroom into a game room/movie room with a foosball table, dartboard, 120" high-def projector and surround sound. The patio outside this room contains a hot tub and a sun deck, with a small yard in front. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, a moderately sized kitchen, living room, and ocean view balcony.
