US-single male and female in our early 40s, strangers before we moved in together, originally from TN & NYC (both have been in CO over a decade), who have rented this house for a year now, and the 3rd roommate is leaving. One of us is a liquor distributor, the other works as a property manager. We both are quiet, mostly keep to ourselves, and relative homebodies, but we do go out some weekends, one clubs, one karaokes. We're older but we're still bachelors with social lives. The house is big enough that we can keep to ourselves and even have guests with a respectable noise level without disturbing anyone else sleeping (one of us is up before 6am). One of us is 420 friendly; we both drink socially. One of us gardens (poorly).
