About this household

I am the owner of 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath fully furnished home looking for a roommate. Roommate will have 2 rooms to call theirs and a full shared bath upstairs. The Main level of home contains a living room, dining room, kitchen and small laundry room. There is also an enclosed back yard with patio chairs tables, umbrella, and grill/smoker for use by all. All utilities paid to include High Speed Internet, Cable, and security system. I have a dog and 2 cats on premises so no others permitted.
