I am a civil engineer that just moved back to the Charleston area after graduating from U of SC. I bought a home off of Clements Ferry and am looking for people to live with. I would prefer somebody around my age, but I am flexible. The house is in a somewhat-quiet neighborhood. I am a big sports fan and plan on watching a few games when I can after work and/or on the weekend. There are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom available.
