About this household

A 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment in a privately owned area. A walk in closet, sun room, washer and dryer owned facility (none in unit). Air conditioning, heat,dishwasher and water included. Fishing pond in the back and pets allowed (only with fee). Half kitchen and full living room. I'm a single father who works a full time job so I'm never really in the house. Looking for a roommate that is neat and focused. Either gender is welcomed and considered. We will be splitting the rent 50/50.
