My girlfriend and i are looking for a new roomate. We own a home in the Summit Community in North East Columbia. The house has 4 bedrooms and the room available is upstairs where you would get your own bathroom.The house is already furnished nicely and we have 2 dogs, so occupant must be able to be around dogs. We are non-smokers and like to relax. We do drink and socialize but we dont do a lot of partying. We are looking for a roomate who is social and responsible and mature.
