I have a 2/2 in Estero (in the Bella Terra development, off of Corkscrew, 2 1/2 miles east of I-75) and have 1 BR available. There is a bed but no other furniture. Your bathroom would be just outside your room but you would be the only one using it. The community has a gorgeous community center, weight room, group fitness classes, enourmous pool, sidewalks throughout the community for running/biking, and a Publix, Target, Outlet Mall, and GC Town Center.
