Hi! The house is a one-level ranch with a total of three rooms that are close to one another. The bathroom would be shared between two females. There is a washer/dryer, microwave, and cabinet space available. The room does not have a cable set-up but that could be adjusted. The other utilities would be split 3 ways. Located in Conyers, 10 minutes from StoneCrest mall. There is no bus or train line. The nearest bus is located at the mall so a car will be needed to travel. Nice area! Respectable!!
