I'm looking to sublease 1 bedroom in Normal, IL! The move-in date is January 7th (or as early as December 15th for a $150 fee). The move-out date is May 6th so there is no long-term commitment unless you want to extend your lease! Rent is $490 plus utilities (about $40 a month). Amenities include free parking, a dishwasher, free laundry in the building, and a walk-in closet in your room. Looking for a female roommate. Please spread the word!!
