I have an available room in a beautiful, spacious apartment in a safe and quiet area a few minutes from downtown Bloomington. The bedroom has a huge closet, and there is in unit laundry and tons of street parking. It’s currently furnished, but I can move the furniture if you would prefer to use your own. Rent is $420 a month, including all utilities and WiFi. I’m a clean and quiet person, but I do have friends over sometimes. I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
