Renting a semi furnished room In a nice area you must pass a ( credit, criminal,  eviction, background check.) I am not considering any one that can not not pass all of the above this home has very strict rules and safety requirements. There will be a room rental contract to be filled out. you will need first month rent and a deposit only. There is pool and gym here In hoa you will have a gate key for that to enter. My home is only 12 min from the beach and 5-min from the inner cost there are no other roommates here I live here alone There is no laundry on site here you will have cable ,and othe utility Incl call julius 678-335-9584
