$700 includes utilities/WiFi/Cable W/D on property Large living room/kitchen one bathroom but I keep it super clean. I own a wedding & events company & bartend part time, I don’t have people over often, if so it’s like one person. I have the best Golden Retriever ever, & a cat, I’m usually allergic to cats but not this one & I keep the litter box so clean you would never know there was a cat here if you didn’t see him lol the room can be furnished or unfinished, prime location! I sleep a lot lol
