Looking for two people to occupy a couple of open bedrooms. Month to month or longer. Main level of the home is usually unoccupied, I spend most of my time downstairs working. The house is partly furnished and has 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath. Sunroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen available for use. It’s located in walking distance to university of Indianapolis. 10 min drive to the heart of downtown and a 15 minute drive to Greenwood. Sits in a quiet area with a good-sized yard and is close to the highway. $750 individually for rent and 500 deposit - Utilities all included. Large basement that can be used for storage.
