I will be a freshman @ Otis College of Art and Design fall 06. I am moving to Los Angeles from Upstate Ny in August. I will work while attending school and my rent will be paid on time. Any size roomspace is desired. Does not neeed to be furnished. I am willing to share a room and/or bathroom. Utilities included is a preference. Internet access is a plus, but not a deciding factor. I really am not a picky person at all. I just need to find a lowbudget place to move into mid-Augus
