I have a fully furnished private one bedroom and private one bath for rent in my Chandler home. I have 3 friendly rescue dogs, I do not smoke but don't mind if you do outside. I have a split floorplan which adds to privacy, offer a carport parking spot, some storage space in garage or outside shed, use of fully furnished kitchen, living room & laundry.
