Total rent is $1475 for a two-bedroom apt, rent includes heat, hot water, internet, and cable and all we would need to pay for is electricity. I'm a very clean and organized person, I love cooking, and am going to be a 1st year grad student at Umass-Amherst. I will likely be very busy so I'm looking to live with someone mature, laid back, and most importantly clean who doesn't mind having a few guests over from time to time.
