About this household

Two bedrooms for rent. Very big kitchen and living room, screened in back porch with a hot tub, and big two sided drive way. There is a room upstairs ($350) that is very big, and huge closet, just has odd ceilings. An average size room downstairs ($300) easily fits the basics: queen bed, desk, and tv. I am a college student, as well as my other roommate. All together it’s a 4 bed and two bath, also we have one cat here.
