There are two shared bathrooms in the house, as well as a small shed - which can be used to store a bicycle. Currently, the house is occupied by two other residents in their mid-20s. The bedroom itself is roughly 120 square feet, with the entirety of the property being 1625 square feet. Included in price are utilities and fast internet.
