Looking for someone to move into this property since I am moving out. There is currently one male living here and he will be staying. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. It is located on a quiet dead end, the neighbors are other quiet college students. This property has a washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Pets allowed for an additional $25/month. The rent is $750/month but is split by the roommates. Bills are not included in the monthly amount. This is a rough estimate but I would say that on average I pay about $450-500/month for rent and bills. Can provide more photos for those who are interested. Also, can do an in person viewing of this place for those interested!
