Currently in a 2 bed 1 bath living with my gf (we sleep in 1 room) I pay 590 (ill just round it off to $600) for rent all ulities paid for except electric. If electric doesnt go over $80 ill gladly pay for it myself or if it does you can pay the remainder of the total unless its way over then we'll have to split. And if anything i gotchu covered on Wi-Fi! I'm easy to get along with and clown around so dont come looking to rent if youre a softie when it comes to getting roasted lol but yeah lmk
