I'm renting out a room and a bathroom in a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment on Newton and Lincoln Ave. near UIHC and the dental hospital. There is a parking space reserved for the tenants, but u'll have to pay $30 for that. The apartment is on cambus and city bus routes. About 4 cambuses run from right across the street, which take u to downtown, or around the campus area. U can move-in anytime u want to before August.
